The Mazda servicing schedule applies to all new vehicles and needs to be followed in order to maintain your manufacturer warranty or extended warranty. The maximum service interval for your Mazda is 12,500 miles or 12 months whichever occurs first, however, the servicing intervals may reduce based on the style of driving and the conditions under which the vehicle is operated.

A Recall is when a product issue related to safety, regulations, or emissions is identified by Mazda and will be officially announced by the company. Request a Mazda Courtesy Vehicle when booking in for your next visit. Use of a Mazda Courtesy Vehicle is always free to customers who have purchased their vehicle from Victoria Park Mazda. There will be a discretionary charge for non VPM supplied customers. Please note that no fuel is supplied in the vehicle, so it is the amount of fuel that the last customer left.

If you make a complaint to us

When we receive a complaint from a person, we make up a digital file containing the details of the complaint and store it on our system. The file normally contains the identity of the complainant (together with any contact details provided) and any other individuals involved in the complaint.

We will only use the personal information we collect for legitimate business purposes, i.e. processing the complaint and checking on the level of service we provide.

We usually have to disclose the complainant’s identity to whoever the complaint is about. This is inevitable where, for example, the accuracy of a person’s record is in dispute.
